ARMA Group was born in 2007 as a result of seven existing brokerages in NSW and QLD coming together to trade as one group. All the brokerages were family owned and operated businesses that shared like-minded goals, values and culture. All of these business owners built their brokerages with blood, sweat and tears, door-knocking in their local area and showing up for customers when they needed it most. Businesses that thrived on customer service, care and genuinely fighting for their customers.
From this standing start the ARMA brand has been built with high standards and morals and a ‘whatever it takes’ culture that still permeates the group today. The ARMA network includes branches in regional and rural NSW and QLD and continues to grow.
As an insurance broker we represent our clients in the arrangement and placement of insurance policies for all types of insurable risk. We work on behalf of our clients to find the most suitable and comprehensive policy and then negotiate the most competitive price on that policy. We also manage all claims quickly and effectively ensuring our clients always receive everything they’re entitled to.
